Meet the founder
Dr. Altreisha Foster, PhD, MPH, is a public health and vaccine scientist, author and baker. Born in Jamaica and based in Minneapolis, she learned baking and cake architecture in a couple of short years and found in it a source of peace and renewal.
Her memoir Cake Therapy: How Baking Changed My Life traces how baking helped her heal, and inspired the nonprofit Cake Therapy Foundation.
